Courtney Patrick, FNP-C

Courtney Patrick is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides compassionate, personalized care for patients of all ages, with a special interest in women’s health. At Revive Family Care & Wellness, she values building lasting relationships and partnering with patients to develop care plans that reflect their individual needs and goals.

Courtney believes good care begins with listening. Her approach emphasizes patient education and shared decision-making, helping patients understand their health, explore their options, and feel confident taking an active role in their care.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Courtney began her career in cardiac surgery before transitioning to gynecologic surgery at Texas Health Rockwall. She also brings more than five years of experience in medical aesthetics, including cosmetic injectables. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from East Texas A&M University and is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the North and East Texas Nurse Practitioner organization.

A Rockwall native, Courtney now calls Caddo Mills home, where she lives with her husband, son, and two beloved fur babies. She is active in her community at One Church and recently joined the worship team. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym, browsing Barnes & Noble, and spending time with family and friends.
