Bio
Monica Booker is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, proudly serving patients of all ages at Revive Family Care & Wellness in Caddo Mills, Texas. With a strong foundation in pediatric care thanks to her time spent in the pediatric ICU at Cook Children’s Medical Center, she is ready to bring compassionate care to her community.
A graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station (Gig ’em, Aggies!), Monica is deeply committed to patient-centered care. She believes in shared decision-making and partnering with her patients to create plans that are both medically sound and aligned with their individual goals—focusing on lifelong wellness rather than quick fixes.
Monica lives in Royse City with her husband and their two children. She is actively involved in leadership at her home church, The Quest, where her family has served faithfully for many years. Her personal mission is to bring the healing of heaven to the lives of those in her community—offering care that is attentive, thoughtful, and rooted in hope.
